Michael E. Parker spoke within two part of the Black Expo Event in Oakland, Ca. The first was the Black Expo 2008 Procurement Fair Breakfast where the theme was “Small Business Success Strategies in Economic Times”. He later spoke during the the Black Expo College Day event where topics such as preparing for college, selecting a college, paying for college, and more were discussed.
